Technical Analysis
To achieve highly efficient communication and quick response from both sides, Tengyue will provide positive feedback in 24 hours based on the actual processing needs, part drawings, machining processes, and the expected level of automation from the clients
STEP 02
Model Recommendation
Professional recommendation is one of the most effective service. Engineers will recommend most cost-effective model(s) that best meets the customer's expectations based on the customer's requirements.
STEP 03
Demo Testing
To verify the model determination and machining time, we could provide the demo service to do a turning job based on the client drawing and designated materials. All the demo procedures could be recorded or via video conference.
STEP 04
Order & Production
Once we receive the order, we will assemble and debug the machine(s) within the delivery period agreed in the contract and report the whole production status to the customer regularly.
STEP 05
Testing & Inspection
Tengyue has a strict and comprehensive pre-shipment inspection process. In order to allow customers to quickly and normally use our equipment, we can help customers program, install tools, and debug their products.
STEP 06
Delivery
All machines will be packed in wooden case to avoid any accidents during transportation. We will also maximize the space of container and give customers appropriate suggestions to cope with the high transportation costs.

After-Safe Service
